Feasibility & Pre-Construction
Agreement

To set your project up for success, we prepare a detailed roadmap. This includes a preliminary budget range and a planning agreement so we can move forward with precision and purpose.

Plan Development &
Design Selections

From architectural drawings to interior finishes, our team guides you through key design decisions.

Construction
Agreement

Once plans and selections are finalized, we’ll present a comprehensive construction contract and begin scheduling your build.

Phase 2: Construction

Bringing Plans to Life

Dedicated Build Team

We’ll do a Pre-construction meeting at the time of permit to kick off the build. Our team will coordinate every detail of the build while keeping you informed, involved, and confident of the progress.

Vertical Progress

From framing to finishes, you’ll see your home take shape. Our process includes regular check-ins, walkthroughs, and updates using our project management software so you always know what’s next.

Quality Assurance

Throughout the entire build, we conduct thorough internal inspections. to ensure every element meets our standards—and yours.

Phase 3: Move-In & Beyond

The Legend Experience Continues

Final Walkthrough

Together, we’ll walk your completed home to review functionality, finishes, and care recommendations. This is also when we introduce your comprehensive Home Warranty coverage.
