Andy brings an extensive background in home building, land development, and real estate sales. A Franklin resident since 2001, Andy joined Legend Homes in 2009 as Vice President alongside founder Doug Herman and became President in 2021. He is a Licensed Contractor and Real Estate Affiliate Broker who believes the real magic is in the entire team working together to bring each buyer’s dream to life.

Justin has more than 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, with over half of that time spent at Legend Homes. From his early days working alongside his father on historic renovations to his current role leading construction operations, Justin is known for his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to bridge the office and field teams. He ensures a seamless, transparent, and rewarding experience for every client.

Joe brings nearly two decades of custom home building experience to the Legend Team. A Marine Corps veteran, he applies his leadership and operational expertise to ensure every home is built with excellence, efficiency, and attention to detail.
